It's called PokeNeco Dolce ('dolce' is Italian for 'sweet'), and It just gives me enough inspiration that I could probably make a ♡NinfiaWaffles♡ outfit with this aesthetic! (Note: Pokemon x ECONECO collab. ECONECO is an illustrator known for their pastel illustrations on make-up containers - and a collaboration with The Little Twin Stars, Kiki and Lala.)
